This package includes, but is not limited to:
- Casting + execution of client’s overall vision with budget in mind
- Recommending, booking of, and communication with vendors
- Accompaniment of client on vendor meetings
- Creation of style board for event decor inspiration
- Unlimited email communication with client within office hours
- Creating + managing of wedding website
- Final walk-through of venue with client 45 days out from wedding
- Composition of wedding day timeline + floor plan
- Responsible for picking up printed materials week of wedding
- Direction of processional at rehearsal and ceremony
- 12 hours of on-site service during wedding + oversight of all day-of logistics
- Event producers in addition to lead planner
