Design Planning
This package includes, but is not limited to:
- Execution of client’s overall design vision with budget in mind
- Creation of design board which details overall aesthetic experience
- Sourcing of and communication with the following vendors:
- Unlimited email communication with client within business hours
- Assistance in wedding website template creation
- Final walk-through of venue with client 45 days out from wedding
- Composition of wedding day timeline + floor plan
- Responsible for picking up printed materials/signage week of wedding
- Direction of processional at rehearsal and ceremony
- 12 hours of on-site service during wedding + oversight of all day-of logistics
- Event producers in addition to lead planner
