Meet Haley:

What would you say is your leadership style?
– I’d say my leadership style involves an equal delegation of tasks, with me at the forefront, ushering a sense of calm. I aim to be consistently reliable when it comes to necessary knowledge and quick decision making skills for the day-of.That being said, it is my hope that I will allow others the space to succeed on their own. In doing so, I try to genuinely and sincerely empower each event producer’s uniqueness.

What is your personality type? (MYERS-BRIGGS/ENNEAGRAM?)
– I am an enneagram 6 with a HARD wing 7. Meaning, I love to troubleshoot and champion others to be their best, but also love to have a good time! I am an ENFP as well!!

What’s your favorite phase of the planning process?
– I really enjoy the first call/interaction I have with a couple, gathering their vision. Whether it’s them sharing their wedding Pinterest board they’ve been pinning things to for forever, or getting to meet their families for the first time at a walk-through, it’s so fun to get to know the aspects to each specific couple that make them unique. However, I have to say, I equally love catching a glimpse of the wedding day bliss when they’re off to sunset photos, or on the dance floor at the end of the night–all of our faces light up like, “yes! We did it!”

What do you hope to achieve from each process?
– I hope to achieve a dream come true! While this may sound cheesy, I know I, as well as the rest of the team, believe a wedding day really is one of the most sacred and special days in someone’s life. There is nothing quite like having all the people you love in one room, it fills you with so many emotions. I want to do everything I can to honor that, making it the best day possible!

What part of your personality do you feel best shines/helps you during the planning process?
– I really am a people person at heart. When a couple wants to feel known and seen for what they want their day to look like, they can trust me! Connecting with everyone involved, (from grandma to caterer), and creating a space for them to trust in me is what I call success!

Get to know me question: if you were a signature cocktail, what would you be?
– I’d like to say something fancier than this, but really, a gin and tonic. It’s a go to for many for a reason!
