Meet Lexie:

What would you say is your leadership style?
– I’d like to think my leadership is focused around operating as a unit. It’s not necessarily about who has authority or superiority, but rather, making sure each person knows their role and expectations, while also knowing that the rest of the team is there to support and encourage. It’s a we mentality. When we achieve our goals it’s because we successfully worked together to accomplish something.

What is your personality type? (MYERS-BRIGGS/ENNEAGRAM?)
– I’m an Enneagram 1, (which comes as no surprise to anyone that I had my own wedding binders color coded and prepared for each person’s role). I’m also a proud INTJ!

What’s your favorite phase of the planning process?
– Day-of! Watching all the hard work come to life is THE best part.

What do you hope to achieve from each process?
– I hope couples feel supported and stress free! There’s nothing quite as freeing as knowing your planners have everything taken care of. It allows couples to enjoy their day, which is exactly what they should be doing!

What part of your personality do you feel best shines/helps you during the planning process?
– My organizational brain takes over. She’s very thorough and determined. I love to look at all the pieces and put them together for a spectacular day. While I’m a 1, I also feel like I’m aware enough to see the big picture and help couples determine what is a must-have and where things can be flexible so they can achieve their desired day.

Get to know me question: if you were a signature cocktail, what would you be?
– Anyone who knows me, (as well as anyone who read Erin’s “get to know me” blog), knows this answer. Without a doubt a dirty martini! Simple and classic, but she’s down to party.
