Working with Elizabeth & Berch in an event management capacity allowed us to work alongside the couple’s vision, making sure no detail was overlooked. Goodstone Inn has a variety of spaces that craft an intimate and elegant experience for guests. During the cocktail hour, the live band graced the outdoor space, allowing guests to mingle.

We’ve said this once, and we’ll say it again: couples should be able to enjoy their cocktail hour! It is one of the few moments throughout the day you can greet guests post-ceremony. The Fritzs did just that, giving themselves time before the day swept them away, taking a breather, staying present, spending cherished moments with friends and family who came to celebrate them.They were able to take a moment to welcome guests as The Fritzs’ for the first time, before inviting guests into their reception space and continuing the festivities.

Elegant florals graced their tablescape, catching the light of Goodstone Inn’s conservatory space, brightening up the reception. Modern and elegant florals, crafted by Simply Sweet Root, added beautiful touches to each table. While blues and whites can often feel simple, this palette can be elevated through texture, varying hues and pops of natural tones that help bring a room to life. The floral arrangements did just that! One of our favorite little details is the slight pop of purple in the florals that tie in so well with the palette. With plates that added a patterned pop to the tablescape, it felt right to keep linens simpler so the dinnerware could make a statement of its own. From the cake cutting, to the party afterwards, the conservatory space transformed beautifully from a seated dining experience to an electric dance floor. 

The Fritzs day was filled with so much joy and excitement that not only radiated from the couple, but from the loved ones that surrounded them. It also was made complete with a venue that allowed for such seamless transitions between moments. Working with Elizabeth & Berch from planning to execution was an ECE dream and their day felt like something from a movie scene. This wedding was a reminder that attention to detail and a creative eye can create celebrations sure to be loved for a lifetime.
