Event Management
This package includes, but is not limited to:
- Final walk-through of venue with client 45 days out from the wedding
- Composition of wedding day timeline
- Creation of overall floor plan
- Communication with vendors beginning after walkthrough
- Direction of processional at rehearsal and ceremony
- 12 hours of on-site service during wedding + oversight of all day-of logistics
- Setup of personal items at wedding
- Distribution of final payments/gratuities to vendors
- Supervision of personal items being packed up at the end of the night
- Event producers in addition to lead planner as needed
